Good morning all, hope everyone had a lovely weekend. Ours was very productive and we managed to get the garden looking tidier as well as see lots of friends and family that popped by. I'm pleased with how i did in my first week of flying, got a good amount of the list done. I struggled to find time to keep up with this busy thread though and don't want to seem rude for not posting very much. This week i need to try to keep up the good work whilst fitting in doing my exercise dvd three times and of course still making sure the little one is getting enough attention, i think i can get her joining in with the exercise in her own way so that could be fun! Here's my list for the day, just made a start with my daily bits and bobs so i'll crack on with that while dd is happy playing for a few minutes.

AJMoney – Sounds like the wedding plans are off to a good start? My middle sister is getting married this year too.
JoJo -a result on the TD. I wonder if it would work here with an old gas fire, and several bags of rubble?
Dusty (and everyone who has mentioned it since) – I had forgotten about the tax return so thanks for the reminder
Furball I keep meaning to take my first wedding ring, if I get enough for a Greggs cheese and onion pasty then it is a positive! I believe the term you are looking for btw is KH ex. Pigpen (justifiably) uses it regularly as do a few others.
Brighton Belle – thanks for the links, I haven’t done any research at all. I only got the ‘diagnosis’ a few weeks ago (although I have been struggling since July and have had mild psoriasis since euro 96) and have mostly been sulking and in denial since.
Lostinrates – good luck with the car, no idea how it works - may be worth looking on the insurance board?
Artichoke – I post partly because then I have to do something
Gunsnbanjos – I didn’t mean too. Trying very hard not to be fed up because it is just negative energy
Helenjelly – You have so much going on yourself - I appreciate you sparing a thought for me
Mumto5 – good luck with the private thing. I need to go down the same route. When my OH had his back operation we saw the bills before they went to his employer and they were a lot less than I had expected.
Jjef – what are you planning on studying? I thought you did OU?
Doozer – good luck with the move
Triker - I know, I had read the links you posted but at that stage I was so cross that I CBA to argue. I mind very much it being blamed on stress like everything else. OH is nagging me to go and have the full bupa overhaul, but I am not covered any more so we will have to pay.
Seafarers – 4 hours! I lose the will to live after 4 minutes.
Lil-me, hope you got some sleep eventually. I agree on not changing the car, he is just worried that I have lost confidence in it and he wants me to change to an automatic because I struggle with the clutch on a bad day
Rachelet – Ouch, hope you feel better soon
Mooloo – hope you feel better soon too
Greenbee – good to see your broccoli obsession continues
Cat_smith – there was a funny thread about weaving/knitting with dog hair and I believe the consensus was it was very expensive/impractical. I wonder if it is like tumble dryer fluff where you can hang it up for birds nests?
Toots – hope all is ok with you?
And hello to all the newbies!
George is sat on my knee hence the epic post. She is warm but my knees are locking up so I need to move soon. As a minimum I need to empty/fill the DW, S&S the kitchen, get the WM on and think about doing some ironing. More tea while I am there anyone?
ETA - CY, that is infuriating. I know you shouldn't have to but is private tuition an option? Or an evening class that would help her? They should be helping build her confidence not destroying it.'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need' Marcus Tullius Cicero0 -

Porch and bottom of stairs are all done
I've found 5p (disappointed as was hoping for a least a pund chunk) a box of lager unopened :o Menu, towel, junk leaflets, empty water bottle and 2 rulers. Compost bag has been opened (kids!!) so spillages to clean up
An eye opener really. Need a good paint in there come the spring. DD's blanket is in the wash and pushchair has had a wipe. Shoes put away and coats hung up. Really pleased. i wouldn't have done that 9.30 on a Monday morning (if ever!) if it wasn't for this thread. Thanks for the support
