As per my previous post.....

The code you are looking for is your employers paye code . You will find this on either your p45 or your p60 .

The code is unique to each employer so wont be the same for all of your employers.

If you have to go back more than one employer (as im assuming you are to fully list your employment history correctly) then you need to dig out previous p45/p60 which will show the reference for each previous employer.

the code i think your trying to find would be in the box at the very bottom right hand side .
