Unfortunately, I am not a member of the union although the union rep has been supportive to all at risk staff. He does not work Wednesday and Thursday and has not yet replied. I was hoping that he would offer to come into the meeting with me. He will be in school tomorrow so I hope he will speak to me then. Although everyone feels sorry for me no one is actually supporting me as understandably they are all worried about their own jobs and most people are frightened of the Executive Principal.The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0
