Took my keyboard back to where purchased to be told I had to ring a number and they would send me a new one out in a couple of days I done this and they ordered my replacement and then I was told I would not get a replacement as it is classed as wear and tear.
How do they know this they havnt event saw the keyboard and is wear and tear possible when the keyboard is only just 8 months old.
Also the guy guy at the shop saw the keyboard no mention of wear and tear.
Please could someone advise me where I stand on this please.
Hope it is in the right place sorry if its not.

Ring them up again if its a 02 or 01 number reverse the call charges and tell them its not wear and tear and that you have talked to your local CAB and they have told you that its a fault and NOT wear and tear.0

Surely it would be better in a consumer dispute not to lie about the facts at the start!
Anyway, what expertise does "the local CAB" have in diagnosing wear and tear or faults on a PC keyboard?
You may well be entirely in the right, but is it worth the hassle when you could get a new keyboard from Tesco for £5.97 (I think)?
