when do new ISA rates go up

Options
when do companies start offering good deals? Is it at the end of the current financial year to get people investing before it ends or at the start of the new one?
I'm just trying to decide whether to wait before I do an ISA for this year (yes I know I should have done one by now but..)

Usually towards the end, Barclays usually do their Golden ISA for new money only.

Late February / Early March is when it may start to warm up.

That said, the current Halifax offering is paying a higher rate than they had at the last "ISA season".

I am as certain as can be that there will be no rush to market new ,exciting cash ISA products this year so dont wait for them !

The banks have the savers suckered already so they are not going to be offering great ISAs and dont expect any great transfer deals either !
Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..
