Any idea what these would cost ?

Hi
I have quite a few things that need doing to my flat (see seperate post re: storage heaters) If anyone has any idea how much these things should cost :
1) A replacement flat roof approx 5metres x 5metres vs a pitched roof the same size.
2) Rough idea of cost of tiling approx 10m2 in our bathroom, we supply tiles, large 20x30 cm to be fitted floor to ceiling then shower screen + towel rail + mirror + shower to be attached to walls.
3) We have a window in our spare room that is approx 1.2m wide but only 50cm (ish) in height. How much would it be to replace this window and have it made higher - ie keep it 1.2 wide and have it 1m in height with one side opener ?
4) Cost of tiling a 2m x 3m kitchen all the way round the worktops (which run both sides of kitchen)
If anyone has any advice i'd be really grateful. I need to know how much to save up for some of this stuff and dont want to waste trades people's time getting quotes.
Thanks
Leonie

This is the only question i can answer.
If your making it bigger in the height a lintel would be required unless the there is in good condition thats if there is one.
Leaving it at the size it is i recon your looking at £220 ish supplied and fitted.
Making it bigger is a lot more work you will need plastering done so i recon about an extra £150 - £250 with the extra works required.
But this all depends on were you live im working on north west prices there as down south will be a bit more pricey.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature and avatar. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0
