Capital One

In November, I got a letter with vouchers etc and within the letter, it said that there was a cash back deal for Dec, get £5 (I think it was) for every £100 spent. Spent £200 limit then paid £187ish on payday and nothing is showing to say I received money back... anyone?

Did it stipulate any terms such as it would be paid end of year or after 3 months etc or just that it would be instant cashback

As you spent 200 and only paid 187 was this inclusive possibly of cashback?
  • I also got this letter but can't find any details on Cap 1 website. My statement is due tomorrow so will see what it says on that.
  • The cashback will come as a credit to your account in February - it did stipulate this in the small print. And it was 10% (up to a total of £25)
    DF
