    Does your dad get any warning of his dizzy spells coming on? If so then they wont be considered for care needs directly because it's expected that he can get himself to a safe place and let them pass (same as someone with epilepsy who gets warnings isn't considered to need supervised because they can get help before it comes on).

    For the medications, you can ask the pharmacy to make up a box with his meds set out so that he opens a window and pops all of his medicines out at the designated time. (Monday waking, monday lunch, monday evening, monday bed are the times on ours), you can then set an alarm to go off when it's time to take some medication. Some can also do large print labels if the issue is with reading. This might make life easier for your mum while you get everything sorted.
