TV advertising on trains

Have any members on this forum heard of this development? Apparently company called 360 Onboard is installing televisions on commuter trains. These are meant to be free to train companies and they would also get payments from advertisers.
I wonder if we shall get cheaper tickets/better trains through this. The installations have a snag - sound comes though the loudspeakers and it can be quite loud. Comments are welcome.
