Not been to any of the Sun Holiday sites in South Wales before and looking for advice on where to stay. Would prefer to stay in the Tenby area so which is best?
1. Manorbier Country Park
2. Haven Kiln Park
3. Haven Penally Court
4. Parkdean Pendine Sands
5. Park Resorts Carmarthen Bay

Many thanks

I've tried to book Kiln Park numerous times on the Sun deal and not managed to get in once....
Must be popular.0 -

Pendine is lovely, we stayed last year on Sun holidays and have booked again this year- it lovely, the site is relatively small but the beach is fab and if the weather is good you can spend all day on the beach opposite without spending any cash! IMHO it's a little less 'typical sun holidays' than say trecco & the beach is nicer than tenby
good location for days out like oakwood/dinosaur park/folly farm, most of which you can do with Tesco vouchers & great for the kids.
nearest supermarket is quite a drive away though, and the shops on site & tourist prices so make sure the car is packed with all your goodies & I'm sure you'll have a fab time0 -
ive stayed at camathern but paid for the upgrade and caravan was lovely, park had good entertainment , but we did go to tenby for the day but it was a bit of a drive about 30mins to tenby.0

Kiln Park sounds familiar, i think that's the one my sister in law and older brother went to last year if i remember rightly - they raved on about how good it was for ages. so i'd go for that. but i've never been Myself.

Out of the ones on your list I love Kiln Park - but Quay West is a favourite of ours. That's more towards the west but not too far away.0

I'm from the area and around 25 minutes from most of these resorts, kiln park is the most popular and biggest park, about 1 mile from the lovely tenby town.
Manorbier would be my favourtie, more laid back than kiln park but nice beach and castle in manorbier and only 5 mins in car from tenby and some beautiful beaches, look at barafundle beach, freshwater west and east.
pendine has a huge beach but not much to do in the town, its not my fave place around here.0
