If she cant get SSP she should be applying for ESA.
I agree with those who have advised that the first line of your health is common self. If you have been diagnosed with a permanent and progressive lung condition and then have breathing problems you ring 999. If the son was so concerned about her condition when he finally went to see her why did he not take her straight to A and E.
If she is suing the locum for negligence will she be suing her sons for neglect?0
