I have some candy canes left from Christmas and have so far managed to keep them away from my husband(!)
So, I decided to reinvent them into hearts for valentines day:

I thought I would put them in bags and label them up.Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!

I always try my best to MAKE a card every year, but it's very difficult to find time when you live with the person!!!! Finding it difficult this year, so might just have to use Funky Pigeon or something similar to get a card which is a bit different.0

Why dont you pop to the card thread and see if you could buy one from one of the ladies on there, I am a card maker and I am sure the other ladies would be just as happy as me to help! plus it would be nicer than a funky pigeon oneI have just made up a few valentines ones and lots more to go! ...

I've made sock cupcakes (they've since been cellophane wrapped and tied with pink & red raffia ribbon but this pic is so you can get a better look). I've used asda's ladies socks (pk 5 for £2, some cupcake cases I got in a kit for xmas, asda's "love txt" foam sweeties 50p)0
