Royal Mail Special Delivery Issue
Lantik
I sold a digital camera on eBay a few days ago and sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed by 1pm). I also emailed the buyer the details (tracking number). The camera didn't turn up until 5pm. How would I go about putting a complaint in, as I called the number on the receipt and it's just an announcement service...
Any advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks.

Looks like you're entitled to your money back... as long as there was someone home to accept delivery up to 1pm.My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0
