I think that you will find that you did.

Oh and by the way " self praise " would involve thanking myself for my own posts. :rotfl:0 -

Sorry, but you did.0 -
Appreciate with whiplash its tricky to confirm with x rays and the like but my ankle was scanned and MRI'd and visibly injured.
Awaiting exploratory op on it and decision to have that has not been taken lightly.
I am pretty sure if it was a routine whiplash claim it would have been sorted by now but as its been a year and cant settle as still not fully recovered they have escalated it up a level.0 -

If you haven't recovered from you injuries and don't know their full extent. It would be foolish to have your claim settled until you do, as in most cases any sum is full and final. Any decent solicitor will advise you the same.0 -
Sorry, but you did.
Got it, they are one and the same, Inactives been cloned, but given steroids in mk11 form.I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

The red bit is actually as I said it ie thanking/support thing ,ie a complete phrase and not to be shortening to suit your interpretation.
It is self praise, you have been cloned:eek:I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

Was involved in a low impact crash about a year or so ago.
Was stationary in traffic waiting to enter a roundabout (probably 10 cars back from the roundabout) and someone went in the back of me. Wasnt hard and no damage to car but was shunted forward (I guess a foot or two) and had some minor whiplash and also some ankle pain as my foot go jarred.
Anyway went to doc got some painkillers, and had some physio and chiropractor work and whiplash/ backpain sorted within a few months but ankle improving but not healed yet.
Other side are claiming that injuries couldnt have been caused by a low impact shunt so looks like we will be going to court.
I wondered if this is a standard tactic that is used.
They seemed ok to settle at 6 months but I was reluctant to as wasnt 100% yet.
I did have a legal medical a few months ago and that report said all injuries were consistent with accident as described. This is backed by medicals notes from GP, physio, and chiropractor.
They have inspected both cars but there was no damage to either and as my foot wasnt on brake I just shunted forward.
Anyone had any experience of this.
Thanks
So if it was a low impact scrape, no damage to your car or the third parties, how have you been injured exactly?
I was hit from the rear 2 years ago by a driver doing maybe 20mph. The rear bumper and boot were fubared on my car, yet i substained no injuriesNo damage to car - was pretty surprised when i got out to look but as I said it was low speed and I wasnt on the breaks.
And againHi - At the time of the crash I didnt note any serious injuries was more shaken and shocked. Cant be sure how far I was shunted but it was enough for there to be clear space between the cars to look for damage so between a foot and 4 or 5 feet.
I was sent to hospital a few days later by my GP with suspected fractured ribs but unfortunately they didnt x ray as they cant treat them was sent home.
So we've gone from a nudge by one or two feet up to possibly five feet.
Fractured ribs?? !!!!!!?? - what made you come to that conclusion? - People have walked away from 70+mph RTC's with little more than a scratch. Are you made out of paper or something?
Get real and man up. You got shunted ever so slightly. You're plain and simply making a claim because it's made so easy these days. People like you pi$$ me off as with claims like this it's no wonder everyones premiums are growingIf Adam and Eve were created first
.Does that mean we are all inbred0 -

The compensation culture, 2nd only to the credit craze, so sad:(I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
