Premier travel inn weekend break rip off

Hi all

Really annoyed
I stayed with premier travel inn loads last year and was awarded a free night at a hotel through the weekend break promotion
Try booking it though ! :eek:
Can't book it through online or TINA the automated system has to be done in person 0871 number at 10p per minute
Been on hold for 25 mins now :mad:

It's the third time iv'e tried to book this and you can only book it on one specified phone number

So big hand clap to premier travel inn who have had over £5 off me now in phone charges

Anyone else had this

Tempted to just hang up this could go on forever

Anyone know of any email contacts for high up bods in the organisation ?
This seems a poor way to treat customers who have been regular users to gain the one free night in the first place

Thinking of calling into one as I pass in the week and ask them to ring the number for me and sort it out,I wonder if they would ?

Hi yes I did but there is no alternative also the conditions state it has to be booked on the specified number :-(

I have tried on a weekday morning,a sat afternoon and a weekday evening :-(

I have emailed my concern but do not expect a reply
Has anyone else had trouble booking these rewards ?
