Refund making £0 balance - Minimum payment still required?

  • Thank you so much for your advice here.

I will make a minimum payment, reasoning that it will be better to be safe than to be hit with a 'payment overdue' which will affect my internal score/CRA score. There really shouldn't be any interest (from my own reasoning) and if I am do charged with some interest I guess that should be pretty easy to get back (I pay in full manually each month).

Interestingly though, when I called Lloyds TSB Airmiles Duo Card Services, and chose "Make Payment" and "Next payment details", I was told by computer that "Your current balance is 0 pounds and your next payment due is 0 pounds". I would never know what is the 'right' answer for my question, but guess it's better to be safe.

    Much appreciated guys!
