Holiday for 4 sisters

I was wondering if anyone could help me (sorry if this is not the right place for this - if it is not perhaps someone could move it for me?). I have been tasked with finding my mum and her 3 sisters (all in their 60's but going on 30!!) a holiday this year. Details are:
Need to be flying direct from Belfast for 1 week All Inclusive. Leaving any time from 18th May until about the middle of June. They quite fancy Cyprus but will look at anywhere European that is likely to be hot (preferably not Crete though as they were there last year). Would like 4* but don't really wanto to spend over about £500. Somewhere not too quiet either.
