I sell laptop keyboard keys as well as other laptop parts and complete working machines.
Here's the feedback I got today:
"Need better description and more info on key. I ended up with wrong type of key"
There is a LARGE picture of the key, a LARGE picture of the hinge mechanism and all the part numbers / FRU numbers / model numbers for the keyboard plus a list of models it'll fit.
Does anyone think there's anything I've missed out?

You could have avoided all this by ringing him after he won the auction and checking he had the right model laptop...and providing him with the correct model free of charge if the one he had was wrong. Geeze sellers are just getting lazy!!Good Enough Club member number 27(2) AND I got me a stalkee!
