I recieved a Leg Opener for Christmas.
Great looking item, and excellent quality..... A few hours later i put it on the fridge as suggested, then took it off to use it. The magnet came out.
Quite dissapointing when you recieve a gift then a few hours later it breaks.:o
Didnt know where it came from and didnt want to offend the person that gave it to me, so emailed Leg opener direct, in Australia.
About an hour later i had a reply, asking for a picture. Happily sent one off, and they said they would Get a new one to me.
Postmans knock this morning, parcel, $19 to post to this Country. More than the item cost to buy in this country.
10/10 to Leg opener/Fire Monkey Customer services.
New one is fine btw :cool:
