Swiftcall change in T&C?

Have had a Swiftcall prepaid account for some years, rarely used but occasionally useful when using payphones, calling abroad from home, or wanting to call eg a UK mobile from someone's house without them having to pay for the call.
Today I received a letter from them saying that their call costs have fallen.
What bothered me was the T&C they sent as well, which state "any credit on the customer's account which remains unused within 182 days from the date such credit is made to the account shall expire and will not be refundable".
As I understand the T&C used to be that you simply had to use the account at least once per 6 months to remain active.
Do you think am I correct to interpret the new T&C as having changed? Any other thoughts on Swiftcall, are they being reasonable?

£25 to open an account.
Which does not offer you access via a normal geographical number only 0800 or 0845. So not much good if you want to access it from a Mobile unless you on 02 and have inclusive minutes.
Similar service here from First Telecom. http://www.firsttelecom.com/residential/residential-topupandtalk.htm
£20 to join and they do offer geographical access number, and dont appear to have any must use by restrictions.0
