Not had my December Statement yet either for my Zero Mastercard0

They're in a mess at the moment. Just had my card blocked again following a chip'n'pin transaction (about £100) overseas. This was the first transaction since they'd previously blocked it. Their records of my previous conversations with them was also wrong.
A bit of a joke, but I've got backups. So not an issue. Just put $2300 through PO which could have gone the way of Zero.0
