Budget Hotel between DP and Paris

We are planning to go to Disneyland Paris and wanted to take the opportunity to spend a day in Paris, (I have been before but the kids want to go on the Eiffel tower).
It would also pan well for us to drive there the day before so that we are closer to Disneyland Paris and dont have to travel from early in the morning.
Does anyone know of a nice budget hotel that would allow us to take a short train ride to Paris but not too far from DP?
Also what is the earliest time you can get to DP to book into your hotel?
