Morning all

Can anyone help, my DD is 15 and gets the bus to school and back - she also uses it every weekend. This costs 80p a time, does anyone know if there is a monthly/weekly ticket that may work out a bit cheaper? How much does it cost and where can I buy it? Many thanks for your help :p

  • Hi,

We live in Stockport & my 14 year gets a weekly Megarider for £7. She gets it on the bus on the way to school every Monday morning.

    HTH:)

It depends on the bus company she is travelling with. If it's Stagecoach, she could get an easyrider:

Thank you ! I think this is the answer, does she need some kind of proof of age purchase this ticket? also, is it called easyrider or megarider?

Once you have worked out which bus company you are talking about, the answers to your questions can be found on their website.

If she uses a variety of buses, she can get a Young Persons weekly/monthly/annually, which you can get in the TravelShops in the bus stations.
