Hi one and all - not posted for a whilst due to the build up to and Christmas/New Year/OH's first birthday event. See the daily chat seems to have disappeared but assume this weekly chat has taken it's place. Hope you all had a great time and that 2011 is a good year for you. Had a bit of a lazy day, by getting up late, just popping out into the village, huge pile of ironing and now putting feet up. Spent half an hour in the back garden clearing up some leaves and we actually had some sunshine and the temperature seems to have gone up. Claire pleased to hear the Farmers Market went well, good start to the new year. Anyway one and all sending you best wishes and even though I may not get on here very often you are always in my thoughts. Billie x:j I belong to Mike's Mob :j0

Pooky - just in case you are on the forum, looking forward to seeing your latest project. I was given a lovely, hand made patchwork bag for my scissors, strange I know, but the work that went into it makes it all the more special. Billie x:j I belong to Mike's Mob :j0

Hi Billie, it's been kinda quiet so I think the decision was to go weekly on the chat. Goes like that some times.
I'm shattered after half a week back at work, only six weeks to go until half term!No longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -
Evening all
Happy week 2 of 2011
hope you are all having a lovely weekend, OH is still in the process of fixing my sisters car so he has been at my parents all day, I decided to stay out of the way so went to my Grandmas for lunch and part of the afternoon.
Will be back to mum & dads tomorrow but that does mean we get fed again, stretches my food budget that little bit further
Looking forward to a week of having not alot to do next week, so will be around quite a bit and having a major sort out of the house. I have no idea how we have so much clutter having only lived here 9 months!!!

LMC, I hope I don't get too addicted to Radley as they are expensive even in the sale, for me anyways
We shall see, at least I can return it if I don't like it.
ClaireGlad to see you back.
Lizzie, I think clutter just breeds, no matter howw little you start with its always more days latter. I hope you manage to clear some of it.
Welcome to all the newbies :beer:0 -

Pap - I thought I had commented about your Radley bag - looks nice. I hadn't realised that they could be so reasonably priced. Good for you.0

It is cold and windy here! I am also preparing for my PGCE interview....SCARY STUFF!!!!
Good luck! I'm applying for a PGCE place in the next few weeks, when I get back from my school placement. I'm on that at the moment and I'm really loving it, it's amazing.I'll be sad to go back home again afterwards, part of me wishes I could just stay here forever. Unfortunately, it's a voluntary placement and I can't live on fresh air.
Oh well, my BA finishes this year and then I can get on with the PGCE year. I'll make it one day.
