I've been using it after having a tummy tuck in April and it's worked wonders! The scar is nearly completely white, and fading really well. Not sure if others work just as well but i'd recommend bio oil :]0

I would love to know if bio oil - or anything at all - works on old stretch marks. I have awful, deep, stretch marks left from having my daughter 14 years ago. They have faded over the years but I am very self conscious because of them. Has bio oil worked for anyone else?0

I've bought Rescue Oil from Wilkinsons and also Poundland, in the past. I didn't get into the habit of using it regularly though, so I couldn't say how effective it is. I have heard good reviews for making stretch marks less visible but you have to use it regularly and be very patient. Apparently lots of people use a body brush with it.
Think I'll give it another go0 -

The Rescue Oil is very good . Late 50s male craggy face with scars from age 17, not removed obviously but after a months daily use a marked difference. Enough personal boost to go on the pull with my 20s son !

I use bio oil as a moisturiser on my legs because I get bad ingrown hairs from shaving and it makes such a difference, sooo much better than when I just used a lotion.0

I think TG Hughes does the offficial bio-oil quite cheap from browsing before, but just looked and its more expensive atm. I bought it before from boots I think I used it but not everyday as I forgot but felt good on the skin. I read somewhere that it wasn't too good on the face as it's quite greasy being oily like.
I have also got recuse oil now has its smaller and cheaper, About £2 in wilkinsons and £1 in poundland and it's exactly the same, but it wouldnt suprise me if it was same company re-packaging under a different name as many brands which sell to £land do, but still protect their main brand product from becoming invaluble.0 -
I used to use this on my face, had a lot of scars from spots when I was younger. It takes time to work and you have to use it religiously but it's really good. My skin became much clearer and the texture improvcd a lot. You may notice a difference on the texture of your skin after using it for a few days. But when I use it, i whallop on a lot and sit there massaging it for about 10 mins .. but only because I love how my skin feels the next day..
If you have fresh scars, it works faster than older ones..0
