I won, but now they're ignoring me

I received an email from UKTV style at the beginning of October telling me I'd won a competition to win a Flavia fusion drinks machine.
I replied with my address and contact number, and have heard or received nothing since. I have emailed them twice now to enquire about the progress, but one got ignored, and the other was met with a derisory "we've passed your details on, and they will contact you". They didn't.
The only reason I've been on their case is that I'm moving in a couple of weeks, so I need it before we move.
It's been longer than the usual 28 day delivery time. Am I being unreasonable in pestering them? I have won things in the past which i would never have received if I hadn't pestered, as competitions sometimes get forgotten by companies once they've finished.
Also, what can i do if they continue to ignore my emails? They are a BBC company after all...

You could try calling them. The UKTV switchboard number is 0207 299 6200."Life is not measured by the breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away."0

Hi, thats not nice - telling you that you have won and not giving the prize!
All you can do is keep reminding them. When you move have the postoffice re-address all your mail for a few months. Best Wishes and Good Luck...If winter comes, can spring be far behind?
Spring begins on 21st March.0 -
If that brings no joy try mentioning trading standards as they have a department dealing with non arrival of competition prizes.2008 Comping ChallengeWon so far - £3010 Needed - £230Debt free since Oct 20040

I won a Gillette fusion prize in August and it's only just turned up this morning. It will probably turn up eventually. Just email them and tell them how upset you are that it hasn't turned up as you wanted to give it to your sister for Christmas as you are very poor;) It worked for me:)0

Hi
I won on the games on GETMEATICKET, but 31 days later, after confirming by E-mail that I had won, I have received nothing. E-mailed them and they do not respond. Has anyone else had this problem??????0 -
I won a prize from UKTV and I found the contact to be quite helpful. Not sure if they just cover competitions on uktv.co.uk or the ones on Uktvsyle.co.uk. It's past a month and I'm still yet to receive it but they assure me it should arrive soon. I know how you feel waiting when you think you should recieve it pretty quick as you won it. Historychannel were real stars with turn around time of a few days on a book win.0

Bum, Bum, Bum. I have just received an email fro UKTV saying I have won a spa break and I was so excited and then saw this thread and wonder if my excitment is misplaced. I just want to know the details of the prize and what it includes, I don;t mind when it arrives I just want to know what it includes!May 2015 £10 a day currently £2080

Success!
I tried a different approach, using the site's 'send us your comments' function, rather than reply to the original email I received, to send a rather snotty email about their failure to acknowledge my previous attempts of contact.
I got a phone message on friday apologising and saying that my prize would be with me within two weeks.
A victory for perseverance (or impatience, whichever way you look at it!)never knowingly underwhelmed.0
