Okay, I booked flights for my mum to go to Dublin to see family, through Ryan Air, at the same time I booked her into a Travelodge with their partner hotels.com through the Ryan Air website
The flights where okay, then she got to Dublin and the chaos began, she tried to book in at the Travelodge and they told her that her booking had NOT been payed for!
It clearly shows on my statements the payment for the hotel reservation, have I missed something? Has this happened to anyone here?

Have you presented the evidence to the hotel? What did they say?0

is it that they had the booking in the system and just that it was not paid for, or was there no booing at all?

travelodge ireland dont usually take advanced payment(unlike uk)
are you sure ryan air actually took payment not just card details to secure booking check with bank0 -
Ryanair partner site is booking.com.
They only take your card details to secure the booking. They do not take payment. Payment is made to the hotel either at check in or departure0
