Hi
Just had a thought I've got Norton Internet Security 2010 for 3 PCs.
I have had it on my computer coming upto 1 year, so will have to renew it but with having used it on only 1 computer can I use the same CD for the next year and then for the 3rd year ? cheers

You could use it on another PC but even if you used their Norton removal tool it is likely that there will be a record of it being used already on the one you have it on now.0

no its 3 pcs for 1 year... if you only use it for 1 pc you still only get 1 year0

Hi, mOOnie is correct, if you install it on one pc and then six months later install it on a second, the second one will expire on the same date as the first. Best bet if you are happy with norton is to search online and you will find the NIS 2011 for around £20, then remove your current installation and put the new one on Do not renew with norton as they will probably charge £40-£50.0

use avast free instead, it will run faster!!

Personally just removed norton and switched to Kaspersky Internet Security, runs faster than Norton ever did and was a 3rd of the price...
As for reinstalling using your existing disk (may have worked with 2005 version of norton) but not any longer as they make you activate online during install.[FONT="]Information is provided as a guide only. I can agree with this wholeheartedly! My 2010 version was upgraded last night for free! I bought the 3 machine disc for about £24, and I have used all 3 licences, so only about £8 per machine. I think this is well worth the money!0
