Only just seen this, will have a look for the booklet. (having work done in the house so busy trying to prepare for it!) I actually got it from a tv channel. It's an American one,but still applicable. there were CDs with it, but I've never used those. I'm hopeless at remembering titles & authors!I know it's a bit cheeky elaine12022, but what was the book called...We're in the process of helping ourselves, so getting as much helpful information as possible....:D
