ford fiesta heating not working

i have a ford fiesta courier van 18tddi and heater not working when i bought van it did not have heater conrol valve so i bought a new one and there is still no heat i have cleaned heater matrix out renewed water pump renewed thermostat and still no heat i have replaced heater contrel valve and conrol panel out off a car that the heaters worked and still no heat when i take the pipes off heater conrol valve water comes out but has not got alot off pressure it does not circulate around conrol valve and does not have enough pressure to go around matrix dont realy no what to do now im a bit stuck and still after alot of money spent im still freezing can eny body help me please point me in right direction before i get my big hammer out

    i remember my dad had a 1.8 diesel escort and it took an age for the engine to get up to temperature. but after a few miles the temp gauge would get to half way and the heater would work fine.

    is your temp gauge going up?

    it does not have a temp gauge i am just getting very luke warm air now even when its been running for ages

    ive never driven car without a temperature gauge,im surprised at that.

    was the thermostat definatly replaced or was it just removed?

    ford fiestas dont have one for some stupid reason, new thermostat fitted
