Child Friendly Brussels Hotel or Short-let Apartment

I am debating flying to Brussels in September. My best friend is flying over from America to Brussels, as her husband's best friend is getting married there (stationed in Belgium at the moment). I've not seen her in ages, and even though it will be tight on money, I am tempted to go over.
My baby will be almost 2 years old. Can anyone recommend a child-friendly hotel? Or a website with details of short-let apartments in Belgium?
Also - if you have travelled with a baby, there's something I'm stuck on. How do you sort out the bottles of warm milk? Do I look for a hotel with a minibar or fridge in the rooms, then warm the bottles up in hot water? Do I pack some sponges and fairy liquid when I fly over and look like a slightly neurotic cleaning weirdo?
