hi

can anyone solve a mystery for me?

on my facebook page (like everyone elses!) there are tabs on the top right and top left of the page...top right tabs are Home...Profile....Find friend...Account...they are fine

now the left hand side should be Home....Friend Request....Messages...Notifications, these tabs are missing, but if i put my mouse pointer over where they should be they appear.

also other tabs are missing such as 'remove' when you want to delete a status...and the hour glass when someone is typing a message in chat...all very weird

can anyone let me know whats going on?

sounds like either you got screen res set up wrong
or missing plugins
try searching for new grafix card drivers or dowload firefox or opera and see if you have same problem

I already use firefox...i have just noticed then when i go on to facebook its states that i need additional plug-ins to view all the graphics!!!...never saw that before....must be an age thing!

Anyway it tells me to click on the message to get the plug-ins needed....this I do and the message disappears and thats it!...nothing else happens
