We're at Silverstone now. Really good day out! Will be coming back tomorrow (on the same tickets) and will apply next year if we can. Great day out with free tickets.

P.S. Kids loving getting the freebies (now where do they get that habbit from?)

Hubby and friends there too. Just leaving now though as they are shattered. Had to leave home at 5am.

Hi, we are going tomorrow, can anyone tell me if they have ended up spending a fortune? What are the best things about it as son is not that keen on going?
    Thanks x

Take your own packed lunches and drinks and you won't have to spend a penny. Otherwise the food and drinks and icecreams are a bit pricey.
It's all good, tell him he'll find out when he gets there. Last year got to sit in trucks, test drive a twinge sport on the cart track - for those with driving licenses only, obv. Nigel Mansell doing donuts in his don's racecar was cool last year.

had a great day! the ear plug idea was a good one as the louder cars blew my ears off!!

The drinks didn't seem that bad - not tea and coffee anyway.

    Well worth the trip.

    thanks ok!
