Tax help please!

We need to renew our tax disk, but our insurance cert is a pdf we don't have a paper copy.

We can't renew online as it just won't work for us, always comes up with errors. (Has done for the 3 years we've had the car)

Is there a way around getting the tax today without printing off the certificate? We have no printer and would need ot use the car to get somewhere to print it off...

If not i'll have to find someway of getting to a printer, but wondered if i could show the ceft on my phone or something???

thanks!
