My washing machine door is jammed...HELP!!

I have a Hotpoint WMA35 1100Spin and I have tried all sorts but it just won't open.
Anyone out there knows what else I can do??

    I would set it on a wash again and see if it resets itself after that wash,,,

    sounds like you have set the child lock on it i done it with a bosch and googled it good luck
