Hi everyone,
I'd like to ask for some advice as i've trawled the Internet and still haven't got a clue?
I work 16 hours at £6.32 an hour my partner who doesn't live with me yet is on IB JSA at the moment ,and i've recently found out I'm pregnant
What I'd like to ask is,
We would like to live together how will it affect his JSA and my WTC etc?
How do i know if i can claim Statuary maternity pay or maternity allowance? i've only been with my company since Nov 2010 and not sure what I should be able to claim?
And probably a stupid question but will my WTC end when i'm on Maternity leave?
As you can tell i haven't got a clue how to work this out any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Your partner probably won't be able to JSA - your income and WTC might be too high.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked

Your partner will have to do a joint JSA claim which may mean he's no longer entitled to any money from JSA though should still get N.I. contributions.

You need to be earning £97.00 per week to qualify for SMP and assuming you were not already pregnant when you started in November you will qualify.0
