Hi Folks,
I was windering if you guys could give your tuppence worth on this situation for me:
Basically, a colleague of mine at work is looking to buy her first property. The house in question is on the market for £150K and has been on the market for about a month. The sellers are looking to buy a property which has now been repossessed before the house goes to auction, so are obviously keen to get this house sold.
My question to you is, how much would you bid for this property if it were you ? I have linked the property below for you to have a look at:
