Tenerife Holiday for 3

Hello all. If any of you travel experts can help me today I would be grateful.
Looking for a week in Tenerife for three people, single male 60 and two single females 70 and 86. We ideally need 2 bedrooms in either an apartment, bungalow or hotel self catering. Ladies have been before but I haven't and their preferences are near the beach and low level if possible. Thery have been to Parque Santiago 4 and Bitacora and Vulcano before and enjoyed this quality of accommodation.
We want to go for a week departing from Belfast any time between 1st Feb and 1st March. I have checked out Thomas Cook and Aer Lingus for flights and they are coming in around £150 - £180 including hold luggage which we will need.
If anyone can make any suggestions of accommodation or flight and accommodation I would be grateful. I am hoping to find something within a £500 per head budget for flight and accom but I have no idea of Tenerife prices so if its more then I can consider that.
