247ink / Inkjet Cartridges Plus - warning

I ordered two refilled printer ink cartridges from 247ink (also trading as Inkjet Cartridges PLUS) and though they arrived very quickly, they were both faulty and were rejected by my printer. I have successfully used refilled cartridges before and since without problems, so I'm convinced the fault was with the cartridges.
I emailed 247ink twice and wrote a letter asking how to return the cartridges for replacement or refund. I received no reply. The website doesn't give any information about their returns policy and procedure.
I've been left out of pocket and very disappointed.
