Hi,
Please can somebody tell me a little about contribution based JSA and the tax years used for assessment?
I need to know how many months in tax years 08/09 and 09/10 i need to have worked and paid class 1 NI contributions in order to be eligible to claim the JSA now?
I ask this as i had a gap of 4 months in the 08/09 tax year.
TIA

If you earned at least £4450 between April 2008 and April 2009, and earned at least £4750 between April 2009 and April 2010, you should be fine.0
