hi, ive got an ibm thinkpad, and for as long as ive had it, when you scroll using the mouse or the inbuilt button, instead of scrolling like any one elses comp does, it jumps, it doesnt scroll smoothly if that makes sense?? do all ibms do this or can i change a setting somewhere? thanks. (its not a fault, im just no good at describing it)

it worked!!!! its still blurry when you scroll but no more jumping! seeing as ive updated the video card will this improve the graphics? it took AGES to find these drivers as its some sort of obsolete card or something.Fr. Well done on sorting the problem out yourself!
Updating the drivers probably won't improve the graphics, but it should make things run more smoothly, the blurring you experience may just be because you are using an laptop screen and they tend to blur when objects move on them.
