Tesco Clubcard Credit Card Help!!

Hi All
Am looking for some advice as to my rights/what I should do next.
Its a bit of a long story so will try and keep it as short as possible.
I applied for a Tesco Clubcard Credit Card and when applying I also provided them with my clubcard number in order that my credit card and clubcard accounts could be linked.
I live with my parents who also have their own Tesco ClubCard Credit Card as a joint application betweeen them.
Up until November 2010 we thought all was fine with the accounts until we received our clubcard mailing...
Tesco in their wisdom (???) have taken it upon themselves to link my clubcard account with my Dad and remove my Mum from the account completly!
I've been trying to resolve this over the telephone since Nov 2010 with Tesco and as nothing has happened am now going to send a letter of compplaint, but before I do I am wondering what our rights are?
I've raised my concerns regarding the mix up of our personal data over the telephone each time and have been told that its not their fault they mixed the clubcard accounts up as I must have provided my parents clubcard details on my credit card application-despite me explaining numerous times I dont have access to my parents
bank cards etc so I fail to see how I could have done this! What is laughable is Tesco refuse to speak to me about the accounts unless my parents are also there at the same time because of Data Protection, however they are the ones who have mixed up all of our details.
In Nov 2010 we received appox £45 of clubcard vouchers for the quarter(we put all of our expenditure on the Tesco Clubcard Credit Cards to maximise collecting of points) as the accounts have been mixed up these points need to be reallocated to each of our acccounts (mine and my parents) however some customer service advisers are telling us this isnt possible. I dont think this is correct as surely if my parents and I are receiving seperate credit card bills at the end of each month they should be able to calculate the points accumulated against each account and then reissue the clubcard vouchers??
If anyone is able to provide any advice regarding our rights and what steps we should take next I would be extremly grateful as at the moment we are banging our heads against a brick wall! As I've mentioned I've called them numerous times and nothing has been resolved each call is taking over 30mins as they try and figure out what has happened and I can't face calling them again going through everything only for nothing to happen again!:(
Thanks in advance for any help/advice
I've also posted this on the consumer rights board as I realy wasn't sure where was best to post:o
