Igluski - anyone used them?

Hi, I'm looking to book a last minute ski hol within the next couple of weeks, in a catered chalet. I've seen some good deals on igluski. com , some as low as £299 including flights, which seems very good to me for a catered chalet.
Does anyone have any experience of this company and whether they are reliable?
Does anyone have any other suggestions of where to look?
Unfortunately most chalets don't have reviews on tripadvisor etc as there just haven't been enough people staying there.
Thanks :j

Hi Yes we have used Iglu with no problems, they are just a glorified travel agent just selling other peoples holidays such as Inghams, crystal etc. But they are often cheaper than booking direct. if you want to find info on a chalet try taking a look on the ski website snowheads it is a great place for info on any aspect of skiing.

Thanks for the info fileyboy.
So this is the deal that I'm looking at http://www.igluski.com/meribel/chalet-emma-_p5300?holidayid=30435920 coming out at £299 for w/c 22nd jan. looks too good to be true though and strugging to find reviews of that chalet anywhere :-/0 -
Used igluski a few times. I've found them really easy to deal with and they have some great deals on offer. As Fileyboy says, they resell package deals from other operators so you can often find out from descriptions which operator it is (I usually work it out from how they describe afternoon tea!) So far I've been on Nielsen, Crystal and Esprit packages via igluski.
I found their agents very good and knowledgeable.
got to say, OP, that looks a great deal! Have a great time!0 -
www.fasttrackski.co.uk is very similar. I booked for New Year with www.sno.co.uk who were very helpful. Personally I would go for a ski to the door chalet, that one's a bit far out. Bonne ski.0

That's a fantastic deal - and it's a well known site. I wish I could go then!somewhere between Heaven and Woolworth's0 -
Thanks everyone.
So here's a question... does anyone know when Neilson, Crystal, etc start discounting their unsold package holidays (especially chalets) and putting them on such websites? A week before? 2 days before?
None of the chalets I've seen (2.5 weeks before leaving) are from those big tour operators, when I type them in to google (e.g. that Chalet Emma one) it just comes up on loads of other similar websites of discounted holiday brokers...0 -
I've had a bad experience with Iglu. 2.5 weeks before our holiday, they've changed our flight, which should have been gatwick to Grenoble, then nice 1.5 hour transfer on to Les Deux Alpes, to Gatwick to Geneva, which is a 3hour plus transfer, we specifically booked this holiday because we DID NOT want a long transfer. All they've done is refer us to their Ts and Cs which say they can change practically anything about your holiday. Ridiculous!0
