Tesco Direct deliveries.

Saturday will be the 5th delivery slot we have recieved for one item ordered from Tesco nearly a month ago, and I am not over optomistic it will arrive then.
We have been refunded the delivery charge, but they are adament that this gesture covers all and future inconvienience - 4 days wasted so far seems to count for nothing.
Can anyone suggest a course of action to compensate for the failure of their stated delivery times; 2 of which were cancelled after 7.00 pm on the specified day, and 2 failures which were not acknowledged at all.

    No idea where you stand on this one though. I guess if it was food you'd have a strong complaint. Being Tesco Direct im assuming it was something else so you could challenge the importance of getting the product on time
