I bought some goods online and havent received them i paid via visa debit card and i can see that i can chargeback via the bank. Do i have to wait for a certain number of days before i can claim this? Can the company i bought from charge me again if i do this as they insist they have been delivered?

You need to exhaust every possibility with the company first - follow their complaints procedure including writing to them recorded delivery.

Only if this fails, after you've given them a reasonable time to fix their error, can you go to the bank for a chargeback.

If you can go to the bank showing you have done all this they will be happy to help

izools is right, you need to try all channels to contact them and complain and keep all the evidence to present to the bank. I think you need to give it 30 days after th due date too.
