Easyjets Park for free if you can find it cheaper - is there a catch

I have flights booked with easyjet and after pricing up airport parking with them I noticed they have a park for free offer if you find it cheaper.

i can find at least 2 other neaarby companies offering it cheaper, but before I book with easyjet in the hope of getting the parking free i wanted to check if anyone knows is there a catch to this.

The T&C's read as follows;

We check over 100 prices a week to bring you some unbeatable deals. If you find the same product or package of products for less within 24 hours of making and paying for your booking with Holiday Extras then we'll give it to you FREE* (*subject to the following terms and conditions).


Terms & Conditions
(airport parking, port parking, airport hotels, port hotels and airport lounges):


1. The parking, hotel or lounge, or package of products that you are comparing must be the same in every respect as that which you purchased from Holiday Extras.
2. Where multiple rooms are booked each room is regarded as a separate product.
3. You must make your claim within 24 hours of making and paying for your booking with Holiday Extras.
4. Successful claims will not be paid until after the return date originally booked.
5. You must use the products or package of products as per the booking against which you are making your claim.
6. Cancellation of the booking cancels your right to claim under this guarantee.
7. Comparison prices must be listed and quoted in pounds sterling.


The following exclusions apply to price comparisons that will be considered as part of any claim made under this guarantee in respect of airport parking, port parking, airport hotel, port hotel and airport lounge bookings:


1. Prices from other suppliers that are conditional on buying other products.
2. Prices that are part of a customer loyalty, members or loyalty reward scheme.
3. Prices that are part of a staff discount scheme.
4. Prices that are part of any other discount or special offer deal.
5. Hotels or parking in the Republic of Ireland

I cant see any difference in the services at all between the ones I have priced and the service easyjet have quoted.

The price guarantee is with Holiday Extras. It will refund your parking cost (after you have used it) providing you meet all the smallprint of the price guarantee. The parking price has to be with the same carpark (not somewhere nearby) and the conditions, e.g. cancellation charges, have to be the same.

and just be careful, as holiday extras sometimes do reduced rates on car parking where there are no refunds allowed, making it cheaper than the normal rates.
