Wish MrsBestthings and me well !

MrsBestthings due date was last saturday, we went to the hospital this afternoon and they told us they will induce her tomorrow (as her blood pressure has been edging up).

I guess I / both of us, are in a bit of shock, emotional, and excited, suddenly it is all very real, it looks like tomorrow we will be having our first baby.:j :j

Any tips or advice ? or if there is any space include us in your prayers.

I just hope all goes well.

Mr Bestthings.

Good luck - keep calm and take food with you (for you, during and for her afterwards). No matter how long you know it is coming, it is always a shock when the baby actually arrives, no one can prepare you for it!

I think your right, Julysea when they told my wife it will be tomorrow she burst into tears.

I have come back to work to tie up a few loose ends (and post on MSE;) )and it is a shock.

good luck for tomorrow and now I suggest you both get an early night. Get as much sleep as you can, it will be the last time you sleep through the night for a long time ;)

Hope it all goes well for you.

btw I was 2 weeks overdue and on the day that I was due to be induced my labour started at about 4am in the morning, so figures crossed it may happen of its own accord before then!
