Try ToyRus and Woolworths for their own version of popular games (usually a different animal/character) Cheaper than the 'real' ones.

Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb
  • The Really Nasty Horse Racing Game, we always play it when my step kids come to stay. They're teenagers and it brings out their really devious side.I'm intending to make up some of my own cards to extend the game a bit further, but we all love it.
As for dvd games I hate them. Board games are a good way of getting kids away from the tv,you shouldn't need it to play a game. It's like the books that you plug in to your tv and it reads to you, for gods sake give them a real book and let them use their imagination.

We have great fun playing this - we also have a bowl of sweets (usually choc raisins) and at the begining of the game we decide a number and every time you press that number, if you say 'sweetie, sweetie' you get a sweet, however if you forget, everybody else gets one......sometimes it's feast or famine and you can feel a bit sickly.....but it's great fun and everybody loves to play it (even DS 15).

'Evil and fun in one' - couldn't have put it better myself!
