sick pay help

hi
i went in for the good old snip, apart from it went far from well. after complications (bleeding internaly) ive been off work nearly a month.
im employed but my boss does not pay sick pay.
will i only be entitled to statory sick pay?
is there any thing else i can claim?

i have some "savings" that are realy ment to be my pention pot but one of those things i have never sorted out.
i have a wife who is a studant and part time bank nurse so works around 16 hours a week

not sure what you need more specific.
i have savings that are ment to be my pension, so only as a last resort do i want to touch that.
my wife and is bringing in £500 a month
we have out goings of £1000ish without fuel and food.
i can ask for mortage holiday.
this couldnt have happened at a worse time, just spent our float on christmas.
can i ask council tax break?0 -
