  • Can I move down south?

I would possibly charge £2400 (less if unoccupied) for this (no making good, but rewire plastering is around £100-£200)
    baldly going on...

And here... £2K empty, £2500 if occupied (takes longer) + wall heaters + external lights.
  • Thanks for this. Yes, tax for the deep south coast perhaps. Is it the case that a local electrician who has worked on, if not this house, but a sister house, would be one to target for a proper job properly quoted? I mean, how much of your work is determined by recommends?
  • Is that good for just London, do you think? I'm down Portsmouth way, perhaps still within striking distance to demand the tarrif.
